  2. Tagged with the source of your enquiry (e.g. LinkedIn, website, referral) so we can track how you found us and what you were looking for

  3. Used to trigger a relevant automated email sequence via our internal email automation system (ES Mailer), which sends you follow-up information appropriate to your enquiry

  4. Reviewed by a member of our team to determine whether and how we can help you

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertising platforms beyond what is necessary to operate our campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn receiving conversion signals).


6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected.

We do not use Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other third-party CRM or marketing platforms. All lead and contact data is stored and processed within our own hosted systems.
