Fix Plan
We look at how the work really flows, find what’s holding it up and work out the hours it takes from your team each week. You get a written plan, with a fixed price to give those hours back.

Build
We build what the plan says, move your data across and train your team, so the hours come back. The Fix Plan fee comes off the build.

Care
We run it, look after it and keep improving it, with a one-page report every month showing what it did and the time it’s giving back.

Know exactly what’s holding you back, how many hours it takes from your team, and the price to give them back.
A fixed-price look at one part of your operation, usually delivered in under two weeks. The fee comes off the build if you go ahead within 60 days.

We take you through what we found, the plan and the fixed price. You decide what happens next.

Everything we build comes with care: we run it, look after it and keep improving it, with a one-page report every month so you can always see what it’s doing for you, including the time it gives your team back.

Questions
The things people usually ask.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Because every business is different, and a number on a web page is either too high for a small fix or meaningless for a big one. What we do promise: every paid step has a fixed price, agreed in writing before it starts. No day rates, no surprises.
Why is the Fix Plan paid?
Because it’s real work. We go inside your operation and hand you a written plan you own, whether or not you build with us. And the fee comes off the build if you go ahead.
What if the problem is small and obvious?
Then we’ll say so on the first call and quote the fix directly. We won’t charge you to diagnose something we can already see.
How much of our time does it take?
A 20-minute first conversation, an hour to kick off the Fix Plan, two or three short sessions with the people who do the work, and a walkthrough of what we found. We do the rest.
Do we have to use you for the build?
No. The plan is yours, written so any competent team could build from it.
What tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use where it makes sense: CRMs, project tools, accounting software, forms, spreadsheets, AI. We’d rather connect what you have than make you start again.
