My work at St Joseph's Parish

A full digital overhaul for our parish.

When I came on board, the parish website hadn't been updated in years, the weekly lottery was being managed manually on spreadsheets, and communications to parishioners were inconsistent and time-consuming to produce.

I rebuilt the website so that staff could manage it themselves without any technical knowledge. I designed and automated the lottery system so that draws, winner notifications and records are handled without manual input. And I established an email communications system that lets the team send reliable, well-presented updates to the parish in a fraction of the time it used to take.
